It has been one of my biggest pet peeves when people look at me and say, “You’re a farmer, you’re rich”.
Sometimes I become FURIOUS when I see the portrayal of what a farm girl is to society.
So you think farmer’s wives just cook, clean, and do laundry? BOY ARE YOU WRONG. She is the part of the family that holds everything together.
I have been wondering if I should even write anything about the South Dakota blizzard that had tragic effects on farmers.
I don’t think that anyone else gets to have a husband quite as unique as we do.
