Well the crops are FINALLY out!!! It took a little while longer this year because we had a pretty wet fall, but we got them out!

To start off-to those of you who don’t know what “Harvest Widow” means, it does not mean our husbands died.
I have met a lot of very strong women in my life. All of them farmers. I always wondered how they did it.
When I was taking pictures one day I followed dad around the farm to document what we did on the farm. Well, we went into the barn and I really forgot how beautiful it is.
This weekend I was at the local vet office when a fellow farmer came in with his daughters. They had a baby calf in the truck that needed some help.
This year I was trying to come up with a great present to get the Farmer and I was seriously struggling. Big time. He’s not a hunter, fisher, or sports guy.
