Today I embark on an adventure that I’m ecstatic about.

With the passion that I have for beef it gives me great honor to tell you all that I am currently on a plane, heading to Colorado, to learn more about beef advocacy and to help teach others about the amazing industry I’m involved in. This adventure is a program called the Top of the Class program and is put on by the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association.
I will be learning more about what beef provides consumers and reasons why it is actually part of a great diet. Not only that, but I will be meeting some amazing people who are involved in the nation’s industry.

So follow along the next few days as I share my adventure and new information.
